Hello, I am Ingrid, an NLP Master Practitioner and a Leadership coach. I coach mostly Women in Leadership, who are ready to commit and willing to face their insecurities and build self-confidence.
In addition, I mentor start-ups and also help local business owners in the food and beverage industry to take action and hold focus. Plus, I do charity work for the women's centre in Kristiansand Norway, 1:1 coaching, courses, and workshops.
